AWAKEN Policies

Payments: A $500 deposit is required upon reservation to secure your spot on our retreats. The remaining balance must be paid one month before the retreat date. If you're booking within 30 days of the retreat, full payment is due at the time of booking.

Refunds: We understand that plans can change. If you must cancel more than 30 days before the retreat, your $500 deposit can be credited towards a future adventure with us. However, if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the retreat, the deposit is non-refundable but can still be applied as a credit towards a future retreat.

Cancellations: A full refund will be issued to all participants in case of a cancellation by AWAKEN for any reason, such as inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Booking Amendments: Any amendments to your booking, such as changing the retreat date or transferring your reservation to another individual, may be subject to administrative fees. Contact our team for assistance with any booking adjustments.

Health and Safety: Your well-being is our top priority. We reserve the right to change the itinerary or cancel a retreat if necessary to ensure the safety and comfort of all participants. We strongly advise all guests to obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Scholarships: We believe in making our transformative retreat experiences accessible to all. Therefore, we offer scholarships for individuals who may face financial barriers. Scholarship recipients will pay an at cost (food and lodging only) price for the retreat, ensuring affordability without compromising the quality of the experience.
