A Day in the Life on an AWAKEN Retreat

Morning
• A slow wake-up.
• Hot tea or a warm cup of joe!
• Journaling or meditation as the sun crosses the ridgeline.
• Group movement (vinyasa yoga, buti yoga) as breakfast is being prepared with live music.
• Family style brunch from our backcountry chef! Think oatmeal bars, breakfast tacos and more! -
Afternoon
• A hike: depending on location, this may be alpine lake, forested paths, river canyons, or coastal rock scrambles.
• Cold plunge, sauna, or hot tub - depending on our hut amenities.
• Rest or take a nap!
• Second movement class: slow flow & deep stretching! -
Evening & Night
• A nourishing shared meal around a large dining table.
• Time to cozy up and tell stories over hot cocoa.
• An intimate live concert around a wood burning stove.
• Restorative sleep.
